Sand Making line  (namely PCL Vertical shaft impact crusher) is of high-power and low-consumption, which is designed depending on several years hard work and study of mechanical mining equipment. Sand Making Machine plays an important role in crushing minerals into pieces. PCL Vertical shaft impact crusher is widely used in all kinds of mineral, cement, corhart, bauxite chmotte, carborundum grain, glass raw material, machine made construction sand, stone stock and all kinds of metallurgy slag, especially carborundum, sintered bauxite, magnesite, and so on material with features of very hard and anticorrosion. And Sand Making Machine is more productive than other kind of crushers.

Working Principle:
Stone less than 50mm enters sand making machine though conveyor belt. Stone is crushed by hitting other stones. Material falls down to impellor cavity. Under great centrifugal force, it hits material that coming downwards. After hitting each other, they force a vortex between impellor and shell, and hit each other several times, finally smaller stone comes out, and goes to vibrating screen. Satisfactory material is transported to sand washing machine, however overlarge material will go back to sand making machine to be recrushed. Output sizes can be made according to customers requirement. If input size is larger than the designed size, other crushing equipment will be necessary.

Sand Washing Machine

This series XSD Sand Washing Machines are a kind of water washing style equipment to be matched with the sand making machine and can reduce the dust and stone powder which mixes with the final sand, so sand making machine can improve the quality of the sand. XSD series Sand making machine is used in building plant, quarry, concrete plant, dam building, casting-70 sand, glass factorys quartz sand and refilling pressure sand.

Working Principle of Sand Washing Machine:
The electric motor runs slowly with the impellor after decelerated by the belt, decelerator and gears wheel. The sand and stone flow into washing launder from feeding launder, rolls with the impellor, and grinds each other. The impurity covering the sand is washing away. At the same time, add more water, the strong water flow will take away waste and some low-weight wastes from washing launder. Through the above process, the washing function is finished. The clean sand and stone is lift up by vane. When it goes up slowly, the water begins to drop through the mesh and fall back in the washing launder. On one hand, water is removed from the sand and stone; on the other hand, the water can be fully used. Finally, the sand and stone goes to the out launder from the rotary impellor to finish the washing task.
